Powerful Mapping and Reporting
OrderFlow’s powerful mapping capability makes it easy to accept incoming data in a wide range of different formats, per customer or channel. The reporting capability makes it easy to generate customer specific paperwork and reports.
Configuration properties are managed in a Global -> Organisation -> Channel hierarchy. This means that configurations which are shared between customers or customer channels do not need to be replicated unnecessarily.
OrderFlow provides a set of tools for creating new configurations by cloning existing configurations. This makes it much easier to reuse existing configurations, only making changes to the cloned configurations when necessary.
All the main warehouse and order processing activities can be tracked and associated with client specific transaction charges. 3PL clients can be given access to a dashboard that allows them to view their transaction charges for the previous month and their transaction charges to date for the current month.
OrderFlow’s automated reporting tools allow you to determine on a customer or channel basis which reports are generated, when these are generated, and how these are delivered to the customer.
3PL customers can be given read-only access to key screens. These include many of the dashboard screens and search screens for shipments, products, deliveries and other data.
Auditing and Logging
OrderFlow’s excellent logging makes it easy to track down the state and history of any order or stock change. Detailed searchable logging of both incoming and outgoing data comes as standard.
