OrderFlow makes it possible to integrate warehouse processes with ordering and purchasing through supplier purchase orders and ASNs.
When importing a purchase order, OrderFlow will record all the items that are expected to be delivered as part of a purchase. The purchase order may be reconciled over multiple deliveries. OrderFlow can apply rules which reject the acceptance of deliveries not consistent with purchases. Alternatively, discrepancies can trigger notifications to relevant staff members through our email notification mechanism.
Advanced shipping notes are documents sent by suppliers which describe the expected contents of a single delivery. Again, OrderFlow makes it easy to identify and report on discrepancies between expected deliveries and the contents of the actual deliveries when they occur.
ASNs also allow the delivery of particular items to be associated with specific outstanding orders on the system, allowing for a just-in-time fulfilment of orders from incoming stock.
