We are pleased to announce that the 3.7.5 release of OrderFlow is now available.
The new release introduces support for the Magento 2 platform, plus many other useful tools and features that help to expose information and improve efficiency.
OrderFlow now supports an interface with Magento version 2, via the OrderFlow Magento 2 module, which is available to download on GitHub.
The module makes it easy to integrate Magento 2 with OrderFlow, allowing product stock levels to be updated in realtime and order status updates to be passed back to Magento when orders are despatched.
Email file attachments
Automated periodic reports can now send spreadsheet reports as email attachments.
Custom reports can be defined to report on any aspect of the OrderFlow activity and the output automatically emailed to one or more recipients automatically.
As you would expect, this is backed by templated email and subject content, allowing you to tailor report emails specifically to your needs. See the OrderFlow Report Writers’ Guide for more detail.
Single Shipment Picking
Single shipments can now be picked using the handheld interface, rather than having to batch it or include it in a picking task or sequence. This helps in many situations, for example when a shipment needs to be urgently despatched, or for large multi-line orders.
It is now possible to find out about individual users’ sessions, under the ‘Admin’ tab. Dashboards show current open sessions and recently-active users, across the desktop and handheld interfaces. It is also possible to search historical user sessions.
On the handheld interface, there have been improvements to the structure to make the navigation from the home screen more intuitive. On the desktop interface there is a new returns dashboard, plus increased visibility of which users last changed configuration items. For system administrators, there are new dashboards that show database sizes over time.
The new release also provides a number of other general improvements and bug fixes. OrderFlow customers can find a complete list of the changes here.
