In March 2016 EWM Group were listed in Retail Week’s list of the fastest growing UK retailers for the second year running. They use OrderFlow to support the eCommerce fulfilment operations for all the brands within the group, which now includes EWM, Jane Norman, Peacocks, Ponden Home and most recently, Austin Reed.
Realtime stock feeds from the OrderFlow environment trigger overnight deliveries to the ECommerce warehouses from the central distribution centres. Stock putaway, order picking and rolling stock checks within the Ecommerce warehouses are all driven by warehouse handhelds.
The packing workflow sorts ‘Click and Collect’ orders into the appropriate store delivery routes, generates an internal manifest and then directs the orders to the correct loading bay for delivery out to the stores.

|“EWM Group has been using Realtime Despatch in our fulfilment centres for our core brands since 2012 and as our operations have grown we’ve seen Orderflow adapt to our ever changing business requirements. In the rare cases when a feature or implementation wasn’t supported, Realtime Despatch have shown the excellence and robustness of their SaaS WMS solution by creating bespoke modules specific to our needs whilst ensuring compatibility with their regular software upgrades and feature releases.|
When EWM Group acquired Austin Reed the project introduced specific requirements that did not follow our existing fulfilment processes. The Realtime Despatch team rapidly scoped and developed the required changes and demonstrated the advantage of having the developers of the SaaS instead of an out of the box solution.
As our fulfilment centre matures and we refine our internal processes we have struggled to find any area of OrderFlow that cannot be configured to support the way we need to work. Their support team are extremely knowledgeable and having them supporting our business allows us to continue on the growth path we have planned without having to worry whether our warehouse systems can cope.”
