In March 2016 EWM Group were listed in Retail Week’s list of the fastest growing UK retailers for the second year running. They use OrderFlow to support the e-commerce fulfilment operations for all the brands within the group, which now includes EWM, Jane Norman, Peacocks, Ponden Home and most recently, Austin Reed.
Real-time stock feeds from the OrderFlow environment trigger overnight deliveries to the e-commerce warehouses from the central distribution centres. Stock putaway, order picking and rolling stock checks within the e-commerce warehouses are all driven by warehouse handhelds.
The packing workflow sorts ‘Click and Collect’ orders into the appropriate store delivery routes, generates an internal manifest and then directs the orders to the correct loading bay for delivery out to the stores.
