Beauty and promotions product developer and distributor KeepMe will be using OrderFlow to manage both B2C and B2B operations from its warehouse near Dartford in Kent.

Realtime Despatch’s OrderFlow warehouse management environment has been selected by KeepMe to replace its existing warehouse management system (WMS).

KeepMe, a developer and distributor of beauty and promotional products, has dedicated offices in both the UK and China, providing customers with a one-stop shop from product development through to manufacture and fulfilment.

With fulfilment, storage and distribution becoming one of the fastest growing areas of its business, it turned to Realtime Despatch in order to optimise its warehouse environment by migrating to OrderFlow.

OrderFlow key features

One of the key features that appealed to the organisation was the ability to introduce barcode scanning, which will help its fulfilment operations become more efficient and less prone to errors.

In addition, the company was impressed with the flexibility Realtime Despatch could offer, which meant it was able to migrate to OrderFlow without requiring its clients to make changes to the data interfaces already in place.

KeepMe will use OrderFlow to control the warehousing and despatch services it offers its clients.

The solution will allow warehouse staff to work smarter and faster, providing greater efficiencies across the board. It will also allow KeepMe to offer its clients unprecedented visibility of their warehouse stock levels and despatch processes.

Ongoing support

Working closely with KeepMe, Realtime Despatch developers spent time on-site to discuss the details of KeepMe’s configuration and are currently setting up the OrderFlow system to meet the company’s specific requirements. In upcoming weeks they will again be on-site to deliver the system, train staff and offer ongoing support as required.
